We offer 90 rooms in a variety of sizes and price ranges from $1,910 to $2,630 a month.

We have adjoining rooms for couples or our large rooms are also suitable for couples.

Our prices are all inclusive of room, meals, twenty-four hour care and activities program.

We also offer; respite, vacation, trial and convalescence stays.

Wawel Villa Seniors Residence (Clarkson Home) is property tax exempt; therefore residents are ineligible for Ontario property tax credit.
