Turtle Creek Manor works in conjunction with Peel Housing and offers government assisted rental units. The rates on these units vary according to the individual’s monthly income. Applicants interested in assistance must apply to Peel Housing. The Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal controls the rental rates.

Turtle Creek also works in conjunction with Peel Senior Link where Peel Senior Link provides 24 hour supportive housing to 10 clients and a range of support services to other clients.
